Registration remains open throughout the academic year within the limits of places being available.

In order to register and enroll your child at LOL English Diabetes Academy, you must take the following steps:

Book a visit on-site to take a guided tour of the school premises and be presented with the school operation
Fill in the registration documents (application form/contract/ ROFI)

MANDATORY DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT (copies):

parental IDs;
child’s birth certificate;
vaccination record
general blood tests or treatment plan, if applicable
throat, nasal tests
ova and parasite test
parents’ written consent regarding a designated adult to drop off or pick up the child on their behalf (to and from LOL English Diabetes Academy).
